Designing
After a meeting a client for a new project, a site structure will be proposed based on the information gathered. The site structure must be approved first before any signing of contract. The homepage will designed and presented for corrections and should be approved before filling with contents. After development, the site will be checked for compatibility and functionality.
We request our clients to discuss and decide upon the changes to be made before communicating to us to avoid loss of time.
All the text and images should be provided by the clients.
Web site maintenance
Free maintenance will be provided to the client for one year only. This includes text and image replacement without any change in design layout. If any change in design is requested by the client, it will be charged for.
Any additional page will be charged for and the cost will depend on the volume of work carried out on that particular page.
Mode of payment
50% on approval of design
50% on completion and delivery of web site.
We request all clients not to delay in providing us the contents for the web site which will harm the quick delivery of the site. The site will be put up only if the whole payment is received. Even if the web site is 99% done it will not be put up if payment is not effected.
